About Me

Debbie Slade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual and family therapy with specialties in play therapy for children ages 3 to 10. She has experience in behavior and mood disorders in children and adolescents, women's' issues resulting in anxiety and depression, trauma, child abuse and neglect, and adult survivors of sexual abuse.  Her private practice is in Winder, Georgia.

With ten years experience as a child and and family therapist, and as a graduate of the University of Georgia specializing in family- centered Social Work, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. .

Debbie Slade is an interactive, cognitive behavioral therapist. Her therapeutic approach is person centered, play based, and expressive when appropriate. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
